- I did receive a package today. (Thank you for the quick shipping!) I am sorry to say however that I'm experiencing the same problem that I did on my previous order. The problem is that I ordered AND paid for 15 CARTONS of cigarettes and received 15 PACKS - I received one full carton and 5 individual packs of the Star Mild Menthol. If you check my order against the one shipped I believe the shipping weight should confirm what I'm saying.
I hope this matter can be solved quickly and I thank you for your help.

Thank you for another quick delivery of cloves. Ordering from your company is easy & professional. However my last order (6832) for 6 boxes of Djarum Mr. Brown & 1 box of Djarum Black Menthol -7 boxes in all - arrived in two different shipments (tracking #s EE136536941ID & EE136537686ID) actually containing 12 boxes of Brown & 2 of Black Menthol -14 boxes in total. Somehow my order was doubled although I only paid $154.44 for the original 7 boxes. I want to be fair to your company & pay for the extra boxes I received. Is there a way for you to send me an Orange-Bali invoice of $154.44 for the extra 7 boxes? Please contact me & let me know how I can help you receive the correct amount of money for the cigarettes I got because I don't want your company to suffer a loss.

My order has been arrived safely today and I picked my package; however I believe that it did not hold by the Greek customs by chance as you had declared in your proforma invoice under the column: Full Description of Goods “CIGARETTE”. This could be a good reason for our customs to hold the parcel for further fees. So could you please for my future orders not to declare “cigarettes”? Could you declare anything else, like “supplements” or “candies”?
